UNSCRIPTED ROUTE REQUEST

1. Fill in the form, give us a summary of your request. The unscripted route should be properly arranged at least 1 week before the travel date.

2. Give us a couple of days. Our travel specialists or designers will reach out to you via email within 2 working days and communicate with you shortly. You will have a short session with our team to share your ideas and needs, and to give us a general idea of how to proceed your unscripted route.

3. Check out our proposal. Our team will review your request, evaluate the overall feasibility of your thoughts, and get back to you within a couple of working days with a proposal. You can give us your feedback. The proposal can be adapted to suit your satisfaction. Based on the proposal, if you feel like our company is what you are looking for, your unscripted route is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit of 20% through bank money transfer, a valid credit, or debit cards or via PayPal accompanied by your designed itinerary in details. Once, your itinerary is already booked, we cannot refund the deposit. A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of the 20% deposit. Then, we will issue you a remaining balance or final quotation for the tour cost before the tour date. (To be informed case by case)

4. Our flexible unscripted routes will take you off the beaten track in Thailand and make day trip worth remembering. Travel at your own pace with us, exploring Thailand on your paths. Your tour is now ready!

Cancellation Policy

- Any cancellation should be notified in writing to Manna Tours Thailand and we will refund subject to cancellation times, please contact office.

- The 20% deposit is non-refundable in all cases.

- All cancellations informed less than 24 hours prior the tour date are not refundable.

- Any refund request has been processed, your booking cancelled, and the funds returned to your original destination.
