Chilli Dips

Both Nam Prik Ong and Nam Prik Noom sound very famous for authentic Northern dips. Nam Prik Ong is prepared by chillies with pork and tomato. Nam Prik Noom is a good blend of toasted green chilli, onion and garlic. Two sauces work well with deep-fried pork, sticky rice and a wide collection of vegetables.

Khao Soi

Khao Soi is one of the most popular dishes in Northern. A mild creamy coconut curry noodle soup featuring lime, onion, chilli and pickled cabbage. Khao Soi can be founded at almost street food stalls and restaurants throughout Northern lands.

Northern Thai Sausage

Sai oua is northern Thai speciality offering signature Thai flavours with herbs such as lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, chilies and galangal.

Leaf Wrapped Bites

At first introduction to Northern Thai Food, visitors should try Miang Kham, Leaf Wrapped Bites. Khanom Jeen Nam Ngiao is fresh rice noodles mixed with spicy tomato adding minced pork balls or coagulated pig blood. Seasoning should be topping with lime, bean sprouts, pickled cabbage and deep-fried pork.

Kaeng Hang Lei

Kaeng hang lei is Northern pork curry offering mild flavour with tender pork in pieces and fruity tomato. Season with a variety of spices including turmeric, tamarind, ginger and garlic.

Kaeng Khanun

An unripe jackfruit curry in Norther style giving spicy and sour tastes. Prepared by unripe jackfruit, cherry tomatoes and pork. Such a nice blend offering a different flavour experience worth to try.
